Suzi is a coach and business psychologist, specialising in assessment, development, coaching, talent acquisition and talent management, with over 30 years’ experience. She has worked with major organisations in fields such as senior level career management, recruitment, assessment and leadership development. Suzi is also a skilled psychometrician and facilitator, who is able to connect with leaders and individuals at all levels.

Richard is a strategic, commercially focused Non-Executive and Chairman with over 20 years’ experience at Board level. Currently Chairman of Cloud-9, funeral business and Non-Executive Director of Australian retailer, Early Settler. Passionate about customer and colleague engagement to create sustainable long-term plans whilst achieving short term objectives.
